International Tennis Federation Explained

The ITF Men’s Pro Circuit is the key entry level to all professional tennis tournaments. Players compete to gather the points necessary to eventually reach the higher level tournaments on the ATP World Tour. ITF Pro Circuit tournaments are open to all tennis players based on merit and without discrimination of any kind.

In fact, subject only to the conditions laid down in the ITF Pro Circuit Rule Book, only minors under the age of fourteen are not eligible for entry.
